Payment
- 10% of tour cost is required as booking confirmation (applies for booking 30 days before tour).
- Full payment must be made 14 days prior to departure.
- Final confirmation of service booking must be in written format.
- Booking consider confirmed once we received deposit payment. No ground booking will be made without deposit.
Cancellation Policy
1. For FIT Tour Packages (Private Tour)
- Cancellation of reservation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Cancellation date and fees are as below:

* The respective airline's cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges set as in Clause 13.2 above.
* Note: The airline ticket is restricted as subject to the airline's Terms and Conditions. It may be non-changeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reusable. Any attempt in cutting short the date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred. However, any refund made for any airline for a cancellation made 2 working days or less before the date of travel on promotional fares shall be paid to the tour member less any administration charges incurred by the travel.
2. Group Tour (Join Trip)
- Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
- If the company receives notice to cancel 45 days or more before the date of departure, a minimum administrative fee of RM30.00 per person or 2% of the tour fare (whichever is higher) per person will be levied.
- If notice of the cancellation is received 44 days or less before the date of departure the following charges will apply:

Hotel
- Hotel is subject to change depends on room availability and confirmation date.
- Per person price on twin sharing basis with breakfast.
- Please kindly note that we may not always be able to accommodate your room request, as it depends on room availability at the respective hotel.
- Price is subject to change without prior notice due to hotel rate fluctuations.
- Pre-school children (under the age of 6) may sleep in the same bed with one of their parents at 50% of adult price. (*Depending on hotel policy, please inquire.)
- Should you prefer to have pre-school children sleep in their own separate beds, the adult price will apply. /LUGGAGE POLICY
Luggage Policy
- 1 Passenger is limited to carrying a maximum of 2 Suitcases with following Dimensions;
- 1 Suitcase having measurement of L 51 cm x W 31 cm x H 77 cm, with maximum weight 30 kg.
- 1 Common Carry on Cabin Suitcase having L 38cm x W 23cm x H 60cm, with maximum weight of 10 kg.
- *Extra Charge for transfers is needed for any overweight and over quota luggages.
Coach
- Drivers' working hours are regulated by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
- Driver's daily working hours may not exceed 12 hours, including leaving/returning/standby time (average service hours: 09.00-20.00).
- Daily driving time shall not exceed 10 hours. In addition to this, driver must have a daily rest period of at least 9 consecutive hours.
- Daily driving distance shall not exceed 350 KM.
- ONLY 1 piece of large suitcase per guest will be accepted to be loaded in coach trunk.
- Should there the bus trunk capacity is FULL, Guests have to bear the luggage transfer cost according to their respective dimension or weight.
- If over 35 pax/coach, luggage transfer truck is required on Arrival and Departure.
- Regarding current official government guidelines in safe coach operation, passengers may be required to wear masks and body temperature screening will be conducted whenever it is necessary.
- There is also a possibility of changing in passenger capacity per coach to keep passengers apart from each other. (ex. Maximum 25 pax per coach) Therefore, with this in mind, please note that price may change based on government measures.
Other Terms and Conditions
- JomJapan reserve the right to increase the tour price based on hike on ground cost with or without prior notice.
- Itinerary and time shown above served as reference only. The changes may be occur based on consultation of both parties.
- JomJapan cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, accident that occurs during the tour as the result of using the service.
- Please be aware that full-time assistance cannot be provided for a specific guest.
- Guests are required to have their own caretaker if they need assistance with walking, eating, using the restroom, bathing, and clothing.
- Itinerary may be altered or omitted depending on weather and road conditions.
- Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or special considerations. We appreciate advance notice on any restrictions. (7 workdays prior to starting date)
- There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all food intolerances/special diets. We will not be held responsible for any guests not informing us of food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Any changes you make after arriving, could not be accepted or extra charges could be applied in certain circumstances.
- Booking and cancellation notice must be received during JomJapan office hours. Office hours: Mon. - Fri., 9:00AM-6:00PM (JST). Except Japanese Public Holidays.
