Data Deletion Request

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to request the deletion or erasure of your personal data held by us. We respect your right to control your personal information and will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• The email address and/or phone number associated with your account or inquiries
• A description of the specific data you would like deleted

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect against unauthorized deletion.

Upon a valid request, we can delete the following data:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Marketing preferences and communication history
• Website tracking data (Meta Pixel, cookies)
• Social media interaction data
• Quote and inquiry history (if there is no active or upcoming booking)

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Tax and financial records — retained for up to 7 years as required by Malaysian tax law
• Active or upcoming booking data — retained until service completion and any applicable warranty or dispute period
• Contractual and legal obligations — data needed for ongoing legal, regulatory, or contractual purposes
• Anonymized or aggregated data — data that has been de-identified and cannot be used to identify you

• Acknowledgement: within 3 business days of receiving your request
• Deletion complete: within 21 business days of acknowledgement
• Written confirmation: sent to you upon completion of deletion

If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta may hold additional data about your interactions. You can manage this directly through Meta:

• Facebook Settings — Your Facebook Information — manage and download your data, or request account deletion
• Off-Facebook Activity — view and manage activity that businesses share with Facebook

Google Analytics data collected on our website is anonymized by default and cannot be used to identify individual users. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Once your data has been deleted from our active systems, some cached data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being automatically purged. During this period, the data will not be accessible or used for any purpose.
